Customer Satisfaction Policy

At Sugarscarf, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to resolving any issues if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our products are carefully inspected before shipment, but in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please follow the instructions below.

Important:

  • Online orders must be coordinated with our online team for any exchanges or refunds; we do not process returns at our boutiques without prior online confirmation.
  • By completing your purchase, you agree to our Terms and Conditions outlined on our website.

  • All Sales Are Final
    No cash refunds, except for out-of-stock items. Refunds are processed within 15 business days for double charges or failed transactions.
    No refunds for defective items—only exchanges or store credits.

  • Exchanges & Returns

    • Damaged or Faulty Items: Notify us within 3 days of receipt for an exchange. No refunds.
    • Non-sale Items: Exchanges allowed within 7 days, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
    • Sale & Promotional Items: Non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  • Shipping & Return Fees

    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
    • For returns, use a tracked, insured postal service.
    • We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to third-party couriers.
  • Returns Process

    • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags and packaging intact.
    • Items must be returned to us within the stipulated timeframe.
    • Exchange is allowed only once per order.
    • A 10% handling fee applies for returns after 5 days.
  • Change of Mind
    We do not accept returns for items purchased based on a change of mind. If you are unsure, we recommend visiting our boutique to view items in person.

Special Circumstances

  • Double Payments: If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, please contact us immediately. We can refund or issue store credit minus a 3% admin fee.

  • Color & Pattern Variations: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, monitor settings may cause slight color differences. Patterns may also vary slightly from the images.

  • Boutique Returns: Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at our boutiques without prior online confirmation. We are not responsible for any exchanges or refunds processed at our boutique without prior approval.

Repeated Returns

While we aim to offer a flexible return policy, excessive returns may result in account suspension.
